I have a job working part time in a gallery in town! im really happy about that its a great place to start. Ive been collaborating with Yvette Hawkins whose one of the latest artists to be exhibiting there. I thought id be doing the round of teas but ive been working with her on her piece. On the opening night my name was up next to the artists, i felt ecstatic for a few seconds lol(!)
Apart from working in the gallery ive been creating a metal piece for a climbing centre, which has been challenging...i dont like boiler suits but i love welding! Hopefully if the owner likes it enough he'll buy it, i dont love it enough to miss it if i sold it.
Apart from that i have new work up from a short project i did about indian royalty. My tutors been itching for me to "do something indian" so i did a few drawings, and i surprise myself sometimes. Somehow ive blended my interest for tattoos and typical indian royal women together

Next potential project = DRAG QUEENS!
